VISION

I believe in a world where people embrace their shadow sides. To me this is the most interesting, authentic, and unique aspect of a person. When you learn to integrate this part of yourself, it's easier to accept and understand others aswel. 

My work bridges the gap between psychology and intuition, between science and alternative science. I strive for a world in which inner truth, emotional maturity, and self-awareness leads people back to eachother. 

MISSION

My mission is to help and inspire you to grow from within by finding your inner truth. I guide people who are curious to what's beyond fear and pain, so they can take responsibility and control over their inner world, from where they can create a peaceful outer world. Through a combination of scientifical and alternative methods I help you develop new perspectives so you learn to stand strong within yourself.

I work from a taboo breaking place. Nothing in your head is too crazy or too much. ''If you want to change the world, start with yourself''.

Our bodies are the most important instruments that we have and we don't really learn how to use it. We hold so much power that we are afraid to admit ourselves to. Together we can change the world but we have to start with ourselves because that's the place from where we experience the world.
